Hey Folks,
After an intentional day off yesterday, I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things today.
I started the day by finishing the copyedit of Mona’s memoir. She hasn’t come up with a title yet. When she does, and when it’s published, I’ll announce it here.
Today I’ll write a bit of fiction. By the end of the day, I should know whether I’m in the mood to continue with The Age Exchange or move on to something else and save The Age Exchange for later. I won’t just toss it out completely.

As one item in the “Of Interest” below, Kristine Kathryn Rusch makes some good points re mentors when she stays on point. That’s why I listed it.
Because of some other sections of her post (specifically re her bias concerning “white males,” a group of which her husband and I both are members), I take this opportunity to state unequivocally that I have never met her.
Furthermore, I personally have done nothing as far as I know to “offend” her, other than that bothersome breathing-in-and-out thing I do, of which all us white males are guilty. And for that, of course, I apologize profusely. (grin) Bless her heart.

Actually, I didn’t write anything on The Age Exchange today. Didn’t even look at it.
A short story idea occurred to me, so I sat down to write that. But I think maybe I was a little more drained from recent events than I thought. I got almost 2000 words, but decided to leave the rest for tomorrow.
So I’ll go ahead and get this posted.
