Hey Folks,
Rolled out on time this morning and went through my usual routine, albeit in 47 degree weather. It wouldn’t be bad, but there was a light breeze. Brrr.
For my first sojourn outside this morning I was in sweatpants, a long-sleeved thermal shirt, and a thick, hooded zip-up sweat shirt. (grin) It wasn’t pretty, but it was dark, so….
And to think when I was living in Indiana I was running around outside without even a t-shirt on in 30 degree weather. Of course, I was wearing pants ’cause the cops get picky over stuff like that.
After making my rounds of the Internet, I read what I’ve written on the WIP thus far to my wife. She liked it, but then, that’s part of her job. (grin)
I wrote for awhile, then broke away and wrote a blog post for the big blog. It will go live Friday. It’s part of the expansion of the main site from a Writers’ Resource to a Writer’s Resource AND a Writer’s Website.
Back to the novel at around 10:30.
Well, I hit a glitch. I won’t talk about it here because I don’t think doing so would help anyone else, but I’m temporarily stalled in the novel.
Way too early in the story for nonsense like this. I’m not worried about it, not to the point of fretting or anything. I have nine novels on the year, and I don’t doubt that before the end of October I’ll have 10 or 11.
But for the rest of today, I need to just forget about it.
