Comments Save Lives

Okay, not quite that serious, but almost.

Often, folks email me about something they saw in the Journal. That’s perfectly fine, and I enourage you to email me, especially if there’s something you want to keep confidential.

But occasionally someone emails me with a comment that I wish they’d put the comment box for so other readers could see it.

In those cases, PLEASE leave your comment in the comment section, either by clicking the Leave a Comment button at the bottom of the Substack post or by visiting the Journal. Click on the title of the post you want to comment on, then scroll to the bottom of that post and leave your comment in the comment box.

Either way is fine. Either way gives other readers the oppornity to read your comment and often increase their knowledge. And of course, I reply to all comments.

Additionally, when you leave a comment on either the Journal website or the Substack, it increases the chances of other readers to discover the Journal.

In other words, it increases traffic. In that way, it’s a kind of sharing without pressing the Share button. Which of course I hope you will also do.

Please, share the Journal when you can, and if you have a comment, share your knowledge and thoughts by leaving a comment on either of the two sites

The Novel Wrapped

It’s a short novel, but TJ Blackwell told his own origin story and the origin story of his namesake Blackwell Ops succinctly in a little over 28,000 words.

If you want to know how it all started, this is one you’ll want to read.

From now until the publication date in April, it will be on sale at StoneThread Publishing for only $3.

I should have it listed later today.

Days Off

I’ll be taking a day or two or three off to explore PayHip and, if I decide it’s worthwhile for me, to make the transition.

Of course, I’ll talk with you again soon.

    • Nope, not a big deal at all. It’s the haughty attitude that torques my jaws. She’s slow because she thinks she has to write showly to write quality.

    • Thanks, DW. Things move fast in my world. I’ll start that today. I’m interested in seeing what will happen with a test, probably on two books: one fiction and one nonfiction.
